Since our services involve travel programs, there are no physical products to ship. Instead, customers receive booking confirmations, e-tickets, and travel documents via email or SMS once the booking is confirmed.
All tour details — including schedules, driver/guide information, precise timings, and meeting points — will be sent to clients via email or SMS.
Free Delivery: All of our travel services such as tours and programs include free delivery (for services that include transportation or pickups).
Delivery Fees: If there are any applicable charges for delivering additional services (e.g., tickets or travel-related gifts), they will be clearly stated during the booking process and shown transparently at checkout.
Domestic Delivery: Once a booking is confirmed, e-tickets or booking confirmations are sent within 24 hours. Some services may require more time if they involve special arrangements (e.g., flights or hotel bookings).
International Delivery: Travel documents, such as e-tickets, are typically sent via email within 48 hours of booking confirmation. For certain tours, additional time may be required depending on the destination and availability.
After successful payment, a confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email or SMS.
This confirmation will include all booking details, such as date and time of the tour, number of participants, contact information, amount paid, and any additional instructions.
