• Last-Minute Cancellation: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 72 hours of the tour start time.

Modifications

• Date Change: Customers may request to change the tour date at least 7 days in advance. Change fees may apply depending on the type of tour.

• Destination Change: Customers may request to switch to a similar tour package, subject to availability, if requested at least 7 days before the scheduled tour.

Non-Refundable Services

• Some packages—especially those involving flights or prepaid hotel bookings—may be non-refundable.

Refund Process

• Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
