• Partial Cancellation: Cancellations made between 3 to 6 days before the tour will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

• Last-Minute Cancellation: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 72 hours of the tour start time.

Modifications

• Date Change: Customers may request to change the tour date at least 7 days in advance. Change fees may apply depending on the type of tour.

• Destination Change: Customers may request to switch to a similar tour package, subject to availability, if requested at least 7 days before the scheduled tour.

Non-Refundable Services

If a specific product or service is non-refundable or non-cancellable:

• Customers will be clearly notified before completing the booking process.

• Some packages—especially those involving flights or prepaid hotel bookings—may be non-refundable.

Refund Process

• Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

• The refund process typically takes between 10 to 45 business days, depending on the card-issuing bank or payment provider.

شروط الإلغاء والاستبدال

يتم قبول طلبات الإلغاء أو الاستبدال للبرامج السياحية وفقًا للشروط التالية:

• الإلغاء الكامل: يمكن إلغاء الحجز بالكامل قبل 7 أيام من تاريخ بدء الجولة مع استرداد كامل للمبلغ المدفوع.

• الإلغاء الجزئي: إذا تم الإلغاء قبل 3 إلى 6 أيام من تاريخ بدء الجولة، يتم خصم 50% من المبلغ المدفوع.

• الإلغاء في آخر 72 ساعة: لا يُسمح بالاسترداد في حال الإلغاء خلال أقل من 72 ساعة من بدء البرنامج السياحي.

الاستبدال:

• تغيير تاريخ الحجز: يمكن للعميل طلب تغيير تاريخ الجولة أو البرنامج السياحي قبل 7 أيام من الموعد المحدد. قد يتم فرض رسوم تغيير، وتختلف حسب نوع البرنامج.

• تغيير الوجهة: يمكن استبدال الوجهة أو البرنامج بجولة مشابهة، حسب توافر الأماكن، بشرط إجراء التعديل قبل 7 أيام من موعد الجولة.

سياسة عدم وجود سياسة إلغاء:

إذا كانت الخدمة أو المنتج غير قابلين للإلغاء أو الاسترداد:

• سيتم إبلاغ العملاء بشكل واضح وصريح عن هذه السياسة قبل إتمام عملية الشراء لضمان الشفافية.

• يجب على العميل فهم أن بعض البرامج أو العروض قد تكون غير قابلة للإلغاء أو الاسترداد، مثل الجولات التي تشمل تذاكر طيران أو حجوزات فندقية مسبقة الدفع.

آلية الاسترداد:

• تتم معالجة الاسترداد عبر نفس طريقة الدفع الأصلية التي تم استخدامها عند الشراء.

• تستغرق عملية الاسترداد عادةً من 10 إلى 45 يومًا، حسب البنك المُصدر لبطاقة الائتمان أو وسيلة الدفع.
